PERSOSER – Improving customer experience through the personalisation of services
The project “Personalisation of services for the improvement of the customer experience” is focused on taking a step further in the services offered by the Utilities to its customers.
Indeed, it creates personalised services tailored to each client, designed based on their participation active in customer engagement activities, and thanks to the use of facilitating technologies for sensorization and data capture.
It will also focus on the personalisation of services and multi-channel interaction, with the ultimate goal of improving the relationship with customers and increasing the transparency of Utilities 4.0.
