The main objective of this project is to set up a market disruptive Big Data and Artificial Intelligent tool to be integrated on DEXMA Platform, using the market know-how provided by Justa Energia and El Component. This innovative tool will be composed by:
- An upgraded benchmarking module to identify saving potentials.
- An innovative proactive engine (based on pattern recognition and forecast techniques).
The output of this tool will be provided by means of a new <<Chatbot>> for DEXMA Partners and an innovative <<Proactive engine>> to ensure the proper communication with final customers.
