Training
Our goal is to get your staff up and originating loans on the Dexma solution as quickly as possible. Training is delivered in Dexma’s training facility, which gives each participant hands-on experience and ensures successful transition to the system. Off-site and remote training are also options.
Initial training takes place during implementation and is targeted at system administrators, loan officers, processors and underwriters. We first assess how we can integrate our software into your loan workflow, and then focus on what your team members must be able to do with the system. We can also teach your team how to train others.
