Integrated Partner Services
Loan fulfillment is now made easier with convenient access to mortgage related services. The Loan Origination Center (LOC) and Loan Fulfillment Center (LFC) connect lenders to numerous services provided by our integrated partners. Lenders can also choose their own providers. In most cases, service deliverables such as the appraisal or flood certificate are returned directly to the mortgage site and available to authorized persons.

- Prime Valuation is a nationwide appraisal provider with a network of over 15,000 appraisers. When you submit an order through our mortgage site, it promptly assigns a competent and available appraiser in the area of the subject property.
