Lenders know they need to go the “E-Mortgage” route, but Dexma has taken it one step further. Dexma’s mortgage processing platform is not only electronic, it’s also intelligent, built around a unique workflow we call the “I-Mortgage Process.”  The “I-Mortgage” system generates an intelligent roadmap for processing the loan based on the conditions that are returned with the underwriting decision. This roadmap includes only those necessary tasks, so fulfilling the loan is a “no brainer” and the lender is assured they can deliver the loan.

The Loan Fulfillment Center (LFC) is fully integrated with the Loan Origination Center (LOC) so loans can stay on one system from origination through closing and delivery. The LFC streamlines processing workflow and improves communication with everyone responsible for processing and closing loans — leading to lower costs and shorter loan cycles.
