Technical Information
Dexma is an application service provider, so we host our platforms in our facilities. Because our products are browser-based and deployed over the Internet, there’s no need for additional infrastructure or technical staff. Lenders that want to integrate other systems with Dexma may need some equipment and staff.
Technical Requirements
For Consumers
- Browser: Most major browsers including Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla and Mozilla-based browsers such as Firefox, Netscape and AOL
- Hardware and Operating System: As defined by the browser
- Connectivity: Dial-up or broadband Internet connection
- Display: 800 x 600 or higher.
- Third-Party Software: PDF viewer, such as Adobe Acrobat to view disclosures and other documents
For Your Staff
- Browser: Most major browsers including Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla and Mozilla-based browsers such as Firefox, Netscape and AOL. Note: some site administration functions require Internet Explorer, version 6.0 or higher.
- Hardware and Operating System: As defined by the browser
- Connectivity: Dial-up or broadband Internet connection
- Display: 1024 x 768 or higher.
- Third-Party Software: PDF viewer, such as Adobe Acrobat to view disclosures and other documents
- The Java Virtual Machine (JVM) from Sun or Microsoft must be installed for any staff that will be designing Ad Hoc reports.
