I work with existing CBS clients helping them troubleshoot issues, document requests for enhancements and customizations, work with the development team to meet client expectations, perform system testing and provide expertise with program eligibility.

I was born in Battle Creek, MI., and I've lived in Arizona, Utah, Hawaii, Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas and now Minnesota.

Bachelor's degree in clothing, textiles and merchandising from Oklahoma State University. I have owned a travel agency, managed a 3M employee store, been a customer service specialist at 3M/Imation, worked as an operations manager for Oracle, been a realtor for Edina Realty and a loan officer at CTX Mortgage. I am destined to have a lifetime of different positions, often creating new paths. The common thread is a keen belief in customer service and relationship management.
