To give lenders the ability to deliver a lower cost mortgage for their customers, drive more revenue by doing more mortgage lending, increase profit for loans closed, and decrease the risk of mortgage lending.

Dexma is the third software company Steve has founded to develop products for the financial services industry. His first company built the first stand-alone PC-based financial information/trading workstation. This product was eventually sold to Knight Ridder, where it was marketed as the “Knight Ridder Money Center.” His next company developed a large client/server system that evolved into one of the premier trading systems of the mid-1990s. A portion of that company was sold to Cargill, the world’s largest commodity and grain trading entity. Steve spent his early career as director of Operations Research and vice president of Information Systems at a large national paper products company. Steve has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a master’s from the University of Minnesota.
