What I Do
I manage product management and development teams at Dexma. We work with the executive and sales teams and our customers to determine how to enhance our products to best meet our customers’ needs and make them more successful. We then define specific enhancements and incorporate them into the Dexma Lending Suite.

Bio of Patrick Elmore
Patrick has 16 years of experience in information technology and the mortgage industry. He has been with Dexma since 2001, initially as a project manager and program manager for the partnership with Prime Alliance and currently as product manager of the entire Dexma product line. He spent seven years in finance and IT at Norwest Mortgage (now Wells Fargo Mortgage) as a financial analyst, support engineer and project manager. He also worked as a project manager at Wells Fargo Private Client Services and a technical team lead at Norstan. He graduated from Iowa State University with a B.A. in accounting after serving as an analyst in the U.S. Army.
